Ingredients

Main Dish

  • 2 ounces Japanese-style Ramen noodles
  • ½ cup cooked ground pork or chicken
  • ½ cup mixed veggies (shredded carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, snap peas)
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons NouBon Spicy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons warm water

Garnish

  • Lime (to taste)
  • Green Onions (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package, drain, and set aside. Add the Spicy Peanut Butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, and lime juice to a bowl and whisk until smooth.


  2. Toss noodles with sauce until coated. Add the ground meat and veggies. 


  3. Top with green onion and lime.
