Nou Bon means "We're good" in Haitian Creole, a simple phrase that carries warmth, pride, and community. It's the spirit behind everything we make.

Yes, NouBon products are made in the United States with carefully sourced ingredients.

Are your products made fresh and small-batch?
Yes. Every NouBon product is made in small batches.No mass production, no shortcuts.
What are the ingredients and allergens?
All of our peanut butters contain peanuts and tree nuts. Our Vanilla Fudge and Coconut Bites contain dairy (milk and butter). Please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. NouBon products are made in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and dairy.
Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
Some of our products contain dairy. Our Vanilla Fudge and Coconut Bites are made with milk and butter. We are not currently certified vegan or gluten-free. Please review individual product pages for full ingredient details before purchasing.
Are your products Halal or Kosher certified?
NouBon products are not currently Halal or Kosher certified. Please review the ingredient list on each product page to make the best decision for your needs.
How long do products stay fresh, and how should I store them?
Our peanut butters stay fresh for up to 1 year when stored in a cool, dry place. Snack bags range from 4 to 6 months depending on the variety. Check the label for the best-by date on your specific product.
What's the difference between your peanut butter flavors?
Ghost Pepper is a bold heat that builds slowly. Scotch Bonnet (Spicy) is a fruity, Caribbean-style heat that's bright and punchy. Sweet is made with sugar and warming spices, smooth and comforting.

Can I buy NouBon in stores near me?
Right now we sell primarily online. You can also ask your favorite local retailer to stock us. Customer requests go a long way!
Do you offer gift sets or bundles?
We do! Check out our bundles section for curated sets, they also make great gifts.
Do you have a subscription option?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite NouBon products and save. Set it up directly on any product page at checkout.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, including pausing, skipping, or cancelling, directly from your account page. Log in, navigate to your subscriptions, and make changes anytime before your next billing date. If you need help, email us at info@noubon.com.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link to follow your package in real time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, email us at info@noubon.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at info@noubon.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Returns & Issues
What's your return/refund policy?
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, we want to know. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll find a solution.
My item was wrong or missing, what do I do?

What's your refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
