Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp NouBon Spicy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1–2 tsp Maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2–4 tbsp Warm water (to thin out)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the NouBon Spicy Peanut Butter, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

  1. Whisk & Thin: Add the warm water one tablespoon at a time, whisking vigorously until the dressing reaches your desired, drizzable consistency.

       3. Serve or Store: Pour over your favorite dish immediately, or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week. Note: If the dressing thickens up in the fridge, just whisk in a tiny splash of warm water before serving!
