Ingredients

Main Dish

  • 2 ounces Japanese-style Ramen noodles
  • ½ cup chopped veggies (broccoli, carrots, peppers)

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon NouBon Ghost Pepper Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1-2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. Chop the veggies. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles and veggies. Cook according to the noodles’ package instructions and strain.

  1. Place the NouBon Ghost Pepper Peanut Butter, coconut milk, honey, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of warm water in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add another tablespoon of water.

  2. Place the cooked noodles and veggies in a bowl. Pour the sauce over top and toss together. Enjoy!
